A.S. Face 0411: Alistair
I was diagnosed with AS nearly a year ago having suffered back pain for nearly 20 years in varying degrees, initially I thought my world had ended but how wrong can you be. I love that i know why I suffer, how I can exercise to lessen the AS and the diet I follow has made everything so much easier! i still have flare ups but I know how to deal with it! I am 40 years old now and life is just great, i know that I will have bad spells but that is life and life is for living so embrace it and be proud!
