A.S. Face 1505: Melissa Marie’ Lowe Fugate
Hi my name is Melissa Marie’ Lowe Fugate. Aka Missy, Nana & Granny MeeMee. I’m 47, an was misdiagnosed 29 yrs ago. Getting the wrong treatment all that Time didn’t help me at all. Lost 2 of a set of triplets, while looking back what I see now was a bad flare up. It took me as you now know 29yrs to find out that I have AS. My doctor now says it is very bad. So bad that the pain management doctors office they sent me to told me they couldn’t do anything for me so there was no reason for me to come back to them. I am a mother of 3 and a Nana of 4. Been married for 21yrs and together for 26. I use to be very active full of love played football, loved to go dancing and catering weddings. Now I’m lucky to watch a football game, dream of dancing and hope to get to go to a wedding. Most of the time I just stay home and rest.
