I was diagnosed with AS in 2001. In 2008 I made a life changing decision to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. Since losing 83 pounds and, eating right and getting plenty of exercise weekly I have been pain free, flare free and medication free for 7 years. I live in Land O Lakes, Florida with my husband of 26 years, two daughters, 23 & 19, and our Bluetick Foxhound.Florida, United States of America
