A Sister’s Love:
Have to post this…my sister( in picture above) has had AS for about 25 to 30 years, back before most dr’s even knew what it was. It took them 7 yrs to diagnose her and she has been my inspiration and my hero. She rarely if ever complains and she is helping me learn to live with RA and Fibromyalgia. when I asked her why she didn’t submit her story to “Faces of AS” she said ” I don’t know what to say, I’m not good at writing stories.” She has extreme pain everyday and now has developed some shortness of breath. untill recently she worked a full-time job as a custodian at a high school. I just wanted to let everyone know that she is my hero and I don’t know what I would do without her! If I could take her pain for even 1 day I would gladly do it!
