I was diagnosed just last year, but have suffered with symptoms since 1995.
successfully treating the disease right now with Humira.
I changed to a water bed, heated of course, which really helps me sleep, and i do acupuncture for pain management. i use the hot tub on a regular basis, and go to water aerobics once a week. all helps keep me mobile and moving.
