Been in pain for 12+ years then finally diagnosed October 2016 finally had a label that’s how I felt the relief have spent last 12 months learning the ins and outs of AS what helps what doesn’t still learning still discovering my worst pain is when waking feeling like I’m in full blown labour if I’m lucky after 4 hrs sleep heat is the only thing that helps my pain wish some genius would come up with a cure learning to live with this isn’t easy but then I guess life isn’t
