A.S. Face 1825: Erin Bellucci
I’m Erin Bellucci and I was diagnosed back at the beginning of 2016. I like going to metal and punk shows and doing happy hour at the neighborhood dive with my friends. I am married, with 2 cats and 2 dogs, and 25 tarantulas. I work in a local Farm to Table pizza shop in Austin Texas, and I will keep cooking until I can’t walk anymore. The most important moments of our lives are always celebrated or relayed over great meals, and I intend to cook them!
